Refund policy

At INARA by Bhumika, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@inarabybhumika.com with your order details and clear images/videos of the issue. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

All items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for further processing.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.


Fit & product understanding

Our garments are designed with thoughtful tailoring and finishing. Certain styles may include additional margins to allow minor adjustments for better fit. We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order, as preferences related to fit or sizing may not always fall under return or exchange considerations.


Orders under special pricing

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are processed under specific purchase conditions. As such, eligibility for return or exchange in these cases may be limited.


Return shipping

For approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by us at no additional cost.

In situations where a return or exchange is requested outside the standard eligibility criteria, and is accepted at our discretion, applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit based on the situation.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


General note

All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by INARA by Bhumika. We reserve the right to make the final decision based on product condition and eligibility criteria.
