This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from INARA by Bhumika. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Delhivery as our primary logistics and shipping provider. All orders are shipped through Delhivery’s standard and express networks, subject to their operational timelines and policies.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes within India as determined by our logistics partner. Orders placed for addresses outside the serviceable area may be automatically cancelled or require alternate arrangements.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery period ranges between 3–10 business days depending on the delivery location and accessibility. Remote areas or locations with limited logistics access may experience longer delivery times.
Any delivery timelines communicated are estimates only and are subject to delays beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Certain promotional offers may provide free shipping, subject to eligibility conditions.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking ID and link (via SMS/email) to monitor the status of their order directly through Delhivery’s tracking platform.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery to the provided address. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts (due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept), the order may be returned to us, and reshipment charges may apply.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract with our logistics partner. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation failures, or any event outside our reasonable control.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping details. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising out of incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of order.
Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
